Several years ago, we established an ambitious objective at Atrium: deliver one billion dollars in measurable impact for our customers by integrating advanced AI paradigms directly into their business operations.
At the time, this goal seemed bold, perhaps even overly ambitious for a firm of our size. However, as we tracked our outcomes, this bold aspiration swiftly transitioned into reality. Even incremental enhancements — such as improving client acquisition, cross-selling, and customer retention rates by as little as 1% — resulted in substantial gains. To date, our customers have inventoried over $800 million in quantifiable benefits through AI implementation.
With significant advancements in AI agents, we asked ourselves: How much more impact could we achieve if we amplified our ambitions even further, perhaps by a factor of ten? This is precisely where Andi comes into play.
Recently, our team successfully piloted a sophisticated AI agent. Unlike traditional generative AI, which typically provides superficial intelligence, our agent, Andi, could interpret Jira tickets, understand nuanced contexts, and autonomously configure complex Salesforce environments. Witnessing this milestone was genuinely eye-opening.
Admittedly, I have mixed feelings about the substantial shifts AI and intelligent agents like Andi bring to the consulting industry. Yet it is clear that all knowledge-based sectors, including consulting, are at a transformative crossroads. The choice is straightforward: embrace these revolutionary changes or risk becoming obsolete. At Atrium, we have chosen to proactively lead and embrace this transformation.

Andi represents much more than incremental progress — it’s a complete paradigm shift. Anyone experienced with Salesforce project implementations knows the typical frustrations: exhaustive stakeholder interviews, cumbersome Gantt charts, unexpected delays, and costly change orders. We recognized the need for a smarter, more efficient AI-assisted delivery solution. Andi fills precisely this role, assuming tasks traditionally performed by business analysts, Salesforce developers, and quality assurance testers.
We combined new work approaches with generative AI and developed Andi in response to common industry pain points: prolonged manual requirements gathering, persistent coding bottlenecks, extensive testing cycles, and consulting hours that do not readily translate into immediate value. Andi fundamentally transforms this scenario.
Andi autonomously:
Andi signifies the end of the inefficient, outdated “timesheet-driven” consulting model. Instead of employing extensive teams of consultants over prolonged periods, Andi delivers tangible outcomes within hours rather than weeks or months. In an era where organizations are continually expected to do more with less, we are confident Andi will significantly enhance our productivity and exponentially amplify our impact.
The future of Salesforce implementation isn’t merely about performing tasks faster — it’s about executing them more intelligently. We are proud to position Andi at the forefront of this evolution and are thankful to have Andi as a member of the Atrium team.
