According to Merav Blum, Technical Talent Acquisition Lead at Fullpath: “Each department is working on an AI flagship project, we’ve implemented AI tools such as ChatGPT into our product and specifically on the HR team we’ve been non-stop researching tools that can help us improve and save time on manual tasks.”
CTech’s "HR in the AI Era" series explores how the AI revolution is impacting the workforce across Israeli high-tech companies. In this series, we uncover the effects (both personal and professional) that this technology shift has had on Startup Nation.
“We are requiring AI capabilities to be a base requirement for any new role we hire, or at least openness to learning ways to implement AI tools into day-to-day work,” Blum shared.

On a scale of 1-10, how much does the AI revolution disrupt your company operation in general, and the HR department specifically?
I would say that our company is a little AI obsessed. In a good way! Each department is working on an AI flagship project, we’ve implemented AI tools such as ChatGPT into our product and specifically on the HR team we’ve been non-stop researching tools that can help us improve and save time on manual tasks.
What interesting AI tools do you and your staff use in employee management/recruitment?
We use GoPerfect as a smart AI-based sourcing tool. We also use SparkHire Comeet as our ATS which has many built-in AI integrations. I specifically use ChatGPT daily, for interview note polishing, job descriptions, posts on LinkedIn, and preparing managers for interviews. I use Gemini built into Google Sheets to help me with task evaluation and comparison.
In which roles or tasks within your company has AI already begun to replace human labor (if at all)?
No roles changed at the moment.
What are the two major challenges you are coping with these days?
1. Finding the best candidates and filling the pipeline with quality people
2. Company growth has been huge, we are constantly looking at ways to keep employee satisfaction high.
Have you experienced workforce-related challenges due to the war, and are you still feeling the impact of the security situation on your human resources?
Of course, we have many employees in Miluim (army reserves). And many partners of employees as well. On the recruiting side I find that many candidates are taking calls from reserve duty, or startups that failed during the war.
Have you made changes to your workforce following the increased use of AI tools, both in terms of headcount and internal shifts between departments?
We’re actively hiring for AI-specialized roles, such as Product Managers with expertise in AI and Data Scientists with a focus on LLM’s.
How does the global market uncertainty affect your workforce, in terms of employee numbers or departmental reallocations? Are you scaling your workforce up or down in different regions around the world?
We're luckily not affected by the global uncertainty in the US, as we work in the retail automotive industry which is continuing to thrive despite market volatility. We’ve continued scaling both in the US and in Israel despite challenges like miluim, market uncertainty, etc.
Do you estimate that in 2025–2026 you will increase or decrease the number of personnel? Explain why.
Fullpath is growing rapidly and we plan to continue to scale operations. We are requiring new hires to be familiar and open to work with AI tech as it is really becoming core to our business operations and strategy. We believe it's important for companies to evolve with AI instead of being replaced by AI.
