Mistral AI’s Chat: the enterprise AI assistant in sovereign mode

Starting in September 2025, OUTSCALE will expand its sovereign cloud (certified SecNumCloud 3.2) with “Le Chat,” Mistral AI’s multilingual assistant. Available via the OUTSCALE Marketplace, “Le Chat” brings together data, tools, and teams in a single interface, automating the generation of reports, marketing content, and code. It reduces repetitive tasks and significantly lowers error risks.

With native autoscaling, “Le Chat” automatically adjusts its compute resources to the workload, ensuring performance and cost control. Uniquely available on a SecNumCloud 3.2-certified cloud, it provides full control of the AI stack and full compliance with confidentiality and security standards.

Optimized for business, marketing, finance, HR, data science, and engineering, “Le Chat” combines Mistral AI’s generative power with OUTSCALE’s sovereignty to accelerate innovation, boost team agility, and preserve organizational competitiveness.

Mistral AI’s “La Plateforme” on OUTSCALE cloud: when enterprise AI becomes fully sovereign

OUTSCALE and Mistral AI launch Mistral AI’s “La Plateforme” available through OUTSCALE Marketplace and hosted on SecNumCloud 3.2-certified sovereign infrastructure. The result of an industrial partnership between Dassault Systèmes and Mistral AI, this unique service provides access to a catalog of open source and “close weights” models optimized to cut GPU consumption by up to half.

Enhanced with industry-specific layers such as Document AI OCR and Code Assistant, it combines the elasticity of public cloud with built-in security controls. “La Plateforme” gives companies and institutions immediate agility to deploy and manage AI use cases.

Operational as of September 2025, “La Plateforme” on OUTSCALE delivers reinforced security, performance optimization, and complete control, supported by OUTSCALE and Mistral AI experts.

OUTSCALE Kubernetes as a Service: enhanced performance, resilience, and large-scale sovereignty

OUTSCALE Kubernetes as a Service (OKS) offers each enterprise a dedicated and isolated Kubernetes cluster, deployable in minutes, with no risk of noisy neighbors. Fully CNCF open source compatible, it combines public cloud elasticity with the ease of a managed service. Hosted on SecNumCloud 3.2-certified public cloud infrastructure, it ensures sovereignty and confidentiality, even in highly regulated industries.

• Greater resilience with Multi-AZ and high availability
  Following its March 2025 launch, OKS now supports Multi-AZ across two European regions (one SecNumCloud 3.2 certified). Each cluster is automatically distributed across three zones, ensuring service continuity with SLAs up to 99.95%. Control planes and workloads are fully duplicated, with VPC isolation and encrypted volumes for maximum protection.
• Scalability and performance from September 2025
  From September, OKS will introduce cross-AZ autoscaling, automatically adjusting compute and storage to workload demands. Pods will be evenly distributed across the three zones, optimizing resources and costs, offering peak agility during traffic surges.

Quantum as a Service (QaaS) paves the way for the future of technology

With the rise of quantum computing and the sovereignty challenges it presents, OUTSCALE is launching “Quantum as a Service” Europe’s first fully sovereign quantum offering with noise-free computation thanks to its built-in error correction algorithm.

Designed to address future challenges, QaaS opens new opportunities for organizations by enabling:

• Low-risk access to emerging tech: QaaS reduces the risks of premature investment and allows progressive skill-building on quantum use cases via managed test environments.
• Innovation in solving complex problems: Quantum algorithms can address problems that traditional computers struggle with, such as cryptography.

Available in beta starting November 2025 in OUTSCALE data centers, this “as a Service” solution allows enterprises and institutions to embrace the new paradigms of quantum algorithm development, without relying on foreign infrastructure, while enjoying 24/7 access.

OUTSCALE and PariSanté Campus today announce a partnership to support and accelerate the development of digital health startups in France and across Europe. Leveraging OUTSCALE’s cloud and AI expertise compliant with both SecNumCloud and HDS requirements, this partnership makes OUTSCALE the sovereign tech foundation for the ecosystem.
