我最近初学iOS开发，准备申请个人版开发者证书在设备上测试一下程序。支付信息提交上去后，过了两天还没有收到Apple的确认Email和激活Email。网页上的Entrollment State如下：

Developer Program Purchase & Activation

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from the Apple Online Store. Within 24 hours you will also receive an activation email from Apple Developer Program Support. If you do not receive this activation email, please contact us.
