Education Level

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Skills / Experience

1. At least 3 years hands-on coding experience in C#.NET, UML, OOAD,XML, SQL, web services, etc.  
2.  Knowledgeable in Web application development.
3.  Proficient in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) to handle database design and practical experience in creation of SQL queries, stored procedures, views and triggers.
4.  Analytical and thorough in handling work assignments.
5.  Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
6.  Meticulous and highly accurate in performing coding and documentation.
7.  Systematic in keeping track of time spent on projects assigned.
8.  Experience in JAVA web application development will be an added advantage.
9.  Domain knowledge in Life Insurance and/or experience in Life Insurance Benefit Illustration System will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain web applications.
2.  Work closely with Core Application team on interfaces between backend systems and web applications.
3.  Perform system analysis, design and system unit/integration testing.
4.  Conduct feasibility study and prepare/update Technical Specifications and end user system job instructions documents.
5.  Liaise with external parties pertaining to system collaboration
and system testing.
6.  Observe, maintain and comply with the KPIs, work instructions,guidelines, security controls, audit controls and governance set.
7.  Ensure quality deliverables, documentation and time-reporting for work assignments are performed.
