RHONDELLA I LIKE THAT LINE. ED WELL, LIKE IT OR NOT, THE FACIAL RECOGNITION WHICH WILL BE AT THE GATES, THAT IS OPTIONAL. BUT HOW ABOUT THIS OTHER COOL HIGH TECH STUFF? IT’S GOING TO NAVIGATE YOU RIGHT FROM YOUR HOME TO THE IDEAL PARKING SPOT, TO WHERE YOU CAN GET YOUR CHICKEN TENDERS. AND FINALLY, YOUR SEAT. WE ARE TOLD IT IS A GAME CHANGER FOR FANS. SECOND AND GOAL. THEY WALK OUT OF HERE. REGARDLESS OF WHAT HAPPENED ON THE FIELD. THEY SAY, YOU KNOW WHAT? THAT WAS A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WANT TO COME BACK BECAUSE WE WANT A PATRIOT FAN TO COME TO A REVOLUTION GAME. WE WANT A REVOLUTION FAN TO GO TO A CONCERT. SUPERIOR WI-FI, NETWORK BANDWIDTH, ALL PLAY INTO THE FAN EXPERIENCE, HOSTING SEVEN WORLD CUP GAMES IS LIKE HOSTING SEVEN SUPER BOWLS FOR ANY HIGH PROFILE EVENT, LIKE A TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT FAN EXPERIENCE MUST BE FLAWLESS. PRE WORLD CUP, A MULTIYEAR I.T. UPGRADE IS UNDERWAY, MAKING SURE THAT THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND THE TECHNOLOGY IS THERE TO SCALE, THERE TO SUPPORT IT AND TO BE SECURE ENVIRONMENTS AS WELL. BY 2026, EXPECT FACIAL RECOGNITION AT ENTRY POINTS TO HELP MANAGE CROWDS. WE’RE EVALUATING RIGHT NOW, FACIAL RECOGNITION SYSTEMS, AN OPT IN TYPE OF SCENARIO. YOU’LL HAVE A DIGITAL WALLET, AND AS YOU WALK UP TO THE FRONT GATE, IT WILL SENSE WHO YOU ARE. THE KRAFT GROUP IS PARTNERING WITH THE HIGH TECH COMPANY NWN TO UP THE FUN AND FUNCTIONALITY AROUND GILLETTE STADIUM. I HAVE TO EXPAND WHAT THIS NETWORK CAN DO. SO THE EAST AND WEST PARKING LOTS WILL BECOME FAN ACTIVATION ZONES. SO WE HAVE TO PUSH OURSELVES OUT. WE’LL BE EXPANDING WHERE OUR GATES ARE, WHERE GUESTS ARE COMING IN WHEN THEY COME HERE, IF THEY’RE NOT CONSUMING CONTENT AND DOING WHAT THEY NEED TO DO ON A SEAMLESS PLATFORM, WE FAILED THEM. IT IS A FIVE YEAR ROLLOUT STRATEGY. THE PLAN IS TO GET THE FACIAL RECOGNITION IN PLACE BY 2026, IN TIME FOR THE WORLD CUP. LI

New artificial intelligence facial recognition technology will be arriving at Gillette Stadium entry points to make the ticketing and payment process, among other things, run smoother at the Foxborough, Massachusetts, venue. The multiyear network upgrade promises to make the fan experience better than watching on television. "We are evaluating facial recognition systems," Kraft Group Chief Information Officer Michael Israel said. "An opt-in type of scenario, we'll have a digital wallet where you walk up to the front gate, it will sense who you are, it'll shred your ticket. At the concession stand, it will be tied to your credit card, your ID, and our loyalty system."The new software is already being implemented internally for employees and contractors entering the stadium. To get it done, the Kraft Group announced its partnership with AI-powered technology company NWN on Wednesday. "We compete against you at home. We want them to enjoy and not stay home to watch on TV," Israel said. The facial recognition software is optional. The Kraft Group and partners hope to have the program implemented by the time Gillette Stadium hosts FIFA World Cup games in 2026. "When they come here, if they're not consuming content and doing what they need to do on a seamless platform, we've failed them," Kraft Sports and Entertainment COO Jim Nolan said.
