KPMG operates an extensive technology R&D center staffed by hundreds of experts who advise, develop, and implement advanced solutions in the fields of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, digital transformation, and SAP.

Eran Shalev, Senior Partner at KPMG Israel, said: “The integration of Q.V. is part of our innovation strategy to deliver an advanced value proposition across a wide range of services and capabilities. Our goal is to build the future together with our clients, not just talk about it. This combination of capabilities enables us to offer solutions with real added value at the level of the entire organization. It positions KPMG at the forefront of business innovation.”

Ronen Argov, founder and owner of Q.V., added: “We are pleased to join the KPMG family and be part of its vision of growth and innovation. Combining the knowledge and experience we have gained with the resources of a firm of this size creates a significant force multiplier for the variety of solutions we can offer, with greater impact and expansion opportunities in Israel and around the world.”

The acquisition of Q.V. follows a series of strategic moves by KPMG over the past year, including the merger with Carmi Yeda, a company specializing in innovative learning solutions and organizational development, and with AL Consulting, an organizational consulting firm.

KPMG is one of the world’s four largest firms in auditing, tax, consulting, and technology. It operates in more than 140 countries and employs approximately 250,000 partners and staff.

In Israel, the firm employs about 1,700 professionals, including roughly 100 partners, working across five branches nationwide. The firm also runs KPMG Technology Consulting, which develops advanced solutions in AI, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and digital transformation.
