申请状态已经到了Purchase Program，网上说可以下载一个pdf，但是怎么也找不到可以下载的pdf传真文件？

然后收到这封邮件 We have received your credit card purchase form; however, the credit card information on the form is not legible.

Please resubmit your purchase form using English characters so that we can process your purchase.

We appreciate your assistance in this matter.

个人觉得信用卡这块是没有问题的。
