请问有人通过designcode的discountcode买过sketch3吗

无人欣赏。

买了一个designcode的书，然后他说有20%off的sketch3

从他的网站上链接去sites.fastspring.com输入了折扣码提交订单结果告诉我订单不能被接受但信用卡已经扣费了

我发了邮件联系fastspring 结果没有回应请问现在该怎么办？
