考证并不代表英语就能正常交流。对于已经工作的人士，还是关注如何交流为主，证不证的其实没那么重要

我曾经国内面试google,过了几面，全程英语交流，对方根本就没提英语证书啥的。考证真的太浪费时间，尤其对于工作没啥作用。不过考虑入籍或者那 pr,或许需要英语等级相关的证明材料（这方面我也不太清楚）

不需要考，雇主要再说拿PR的时候会有需求，到时候再考，一般雅思6.5就够了
