新发布的app 遇到审核问题，求高手指导

We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad running iOS 7.0.2 iPhone 5s running iOS 7.0.2, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.
After launch the app displays a blank page with no further content fetched. Screenshots of this issue have been attached for your reference. This review was conducted on iPad running iOS 7.0 with Wi-Fi and cellular network connections.
我们这里应该如何解决呢？

在 ios 的设备上，遇到了不符合审核规则的bug。 app 启动后出现了空白页面。 ipad ios7 在wiif和蜂窝网络都是这样的。 我的理解（iphone 5s 不出现这个问题）。
因为这个程序 在新设备上第一次启动的时候，获取了设备的mac地址，保存到服务器端。在服务器上，没看到任何 新设备。
手头没有 ios7 的ipad。
